There are many organizations dedicated to measuring employee engagement – and that is a great place to start. Benchmarking is important! But our organization is moving beyond measurement and is dedicated to providing organizations the tools to more effectively engage their employees.
After a long career leading numerous organizations in private industry, our President/CEO completed his doctorate in organization development and was surprised to find very few forward-thinking tools dedicated to helping organizations improve employee engagement. Through research, we found some universal drivers of engagement and built a template of engagement tools that are intended to be customized to your specific needs. We look forward to getting to know you!
Meet the President/CEO
Bob has spent the past 23 years in various leadership roles in private industry. He has led large domestic and international sales organizations, managed one of the largest architectural glass manufacturing facilities in the U.S., helped his company acquire the largest architectural glass fabricating facility in Brazil and held P/L responsibility for a number of businesses.
Bob completed his undergraduate degree in Management at St. John’s University, as well as his MBA in Finance and Doctorate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas. Today, Bob is an adjunct professor at the College of St. Scholastica in addition to leading Transcend Engagement
